Breaking Up with Fear & Gaining Confidence

“Don’t let fear of what could happen make nothing happen.”

Recently, I had an opportunity to meet some of my favorite leaders. Dubbed the “Fearless Lions,” this group of accomplished and aspiring leaders were eager to hear about how confidence and focus are a winning formula for reaching goals. I love this group because there is  always a great exchange and many things were confirmed for me that day about why breaking up with fear is important. (See video for a little bit of our time together)

Fear often holds people back and robs them of their confidence. This in turn robs people of reaching goals, going after dreams, and living the life they were put on earth to live.  It’s a common struggle for many but does not have to be yours.

This video is about the first step to overcoming fear & getting your confidence back.

At one point in my life, that unfaithful foe was a part of my life. When I was able to identify what scared me and why, I was able to begin to see fear diminish in my life. Shortly after, my confidence grew, which resulted in some great things transpiring.

If you truly desire to see your goals manifested and maintained, consider breaking up with fear. This starts with determining what scares you and why. Once you figure this out, you can begin to uproot that foe and move forward. This followed by mastering your mindset and challenging yourself in that area will put you on the path to see fear gone forever.

Sometimes fear won’t leave so easily. In that event, just do it afraid.
