You probably set some goals or intentions last month. This is around the time of the year where people start to drift from their goals and intentions. I don’t think your “people,” but if you are there’s good news. : )
1. You’re not alone. Consistency and momentum are muscles that have to be built and maintained.
2. This is now a good time to analyze your goals and intentions to see if you set the right ones. Why wait until Summer or Fall to realize you should’ve started or finished something? Despite the interesting place we find ourselves in, having regrets should not be an option.
3. Consider trying one of these strategies to help you stay committed to the good you are set out to do this year.
