Hey There!
Thank you for stopping by. This tea lover grew up with a diverse groups of friends so I love interacting with people from all walks of life.
Time studying abroad changed my life and put me into the world of education. Like most educators would agree, the work is hard but extremely rewarding. Eventually, I stepped into leadership within schools and outside in the non-profit & faith-based arenas. In those spaces, I have been able to head up some cool initiatives like Real Men Read, work on some great projects, and meet some amazing, influential people.
Having been a leader and a go-to for leaders in these arenas, I get the joys, pains, hustle, and bustle that comes with the territory. I also get the complexities of being a rare bird in many environments.
Instead of running away from that difference, I now embrace it. Our unique idiosyncrasies are directly tied to our purpose. Since I’ve embraced that reality, I am now on a mission to help People. I do have a sweet spot for leaders, bosses, & Influencers. The world needs what you have so become the best YOU.
With love,
Ashley M.
